There won’t be any mail carriers wearing shorts in the Twin Cities today.

If fact, there won’t be any mail delivery at all.

With local temps and windchill a stunning minus 25° below(!) and minus 50° below(!), respectively, all mail delivery has been cancelled.

I can’t recall that ever happening before . . .
