Stealth Realtor Job Skill: Interviewing Well

Sure, sure, accomplished Realtors need to be good at staging, marketing, contracts, negotiating, and several other tasks.

But, none of those matter unless they’re first hired.

Which is why practically all veteran agents excel at making a (very) positive impression during their listing presentation (also known as a Realtor job interview).

The key? (at least once the agent has demonstrated that they’re capable).

Establishing a personal connection with the homeowner/prospective client.

P.S.: Including listing presentations over 15+ years in real estate, plus my previous careers as a CPA and corporate attorney, I estimate that I’ve personally had well over 300(!) job interviews.
