San Francisco Single Family Homes Market Update – October 2017
The number of active listings was down 38% from one year earlier and down 27% from the previous month.
As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.7 million, while the median sales price was just under $1.6 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 14%. The number of units sold decreased 1% year-over-year and increased 30% month-over-month.
