Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update – July 2017

Welcome to July’s Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update. The number of active listings was down 59% from one year earlier and down 18% from the previous month. As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just over $1.5 million, while the median sales price was just under $1.4 million.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 41%. The number of units sold increased 28% year-over-year and increased 21% month-over-month.
