The Bad News About “I’ve Got Good News & Bad News”

When Flip Sides of a Coin Aren’t Equal

Call me a slow learner (at least on this one).

But, I just figured out that — when someone says, “I’ve got some good news and I’ve got some bad news” — the bad news is always way worse than the good news is good.

No?

P.S.:  Good agents deliver good news to their clients fast — and bad news faster (delaying only makes it worse).
