San Francisco Single Family Homes Market Update – April 2017

The number of active listings was down 41% from one year earlier and down 11% from the previous month.

As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just over $1.7 million, while the median sales price was just over $1.4 million.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 16%. The number of units sold decreased 9% year-over-year and increased 10% month-over-month.
