Noe Valley Real Estate Market Update – April 2017

Welcome to April’s Noe Valley Market Update. The number of active listings was up 25% from one year earlier and down 5% from the previous month. The median listing price for the month was just under $3 million, and the median sales price was just over $2.4 million. Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 13%. The number of units sold was consistent year-over-year and increased 7% month-over-month.
