I credit my success in real estate investing, as a real estate agent, and in life to deliberate self improvement and success factors, which have become my keys to success. I have been very successful in real estate…but not because I was lucky or extremely smart. I became an agent in 2001, but I did not become very successful until 2008 and 2009. In 2006, I made only $28,000 the entire year! I have since bought 16 rentals properties, have from 12 to 29 fix and flips going at once, published five paperback books, and I bought a Lamborghini. “Meticulously Maintained,” Deciphered

Not new — but “meticulously maintained.” Real Estate Synonyms — and Antonyms True or false: “Meticulously maintained” means the same thing as “updated.” Give up? The correct answer is “False.” In fact, “meticulously maintained” is almost always Realtor code for not updated. Ditto for synonyms such as “well-loved,” “quaint,” “vintage,” “long-time owner,” etc. (all very nice things, by the way — just not the same as “updated”).
