San Francisco Single Family Homes Market Update – March 2017
The number of active listings was down 38% from one year earlier and down 12% from the previous month.
As you can see, the median listing price for the month was $1.45 million, while the median sales price was $1.35 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 26%. The number of units sold increased 8% year-over-year and increased 55% month-over-month.
